About Amy L. Reichhart 

As a partner in the firm’s environment & energy practice and team leader of the firm’s brownfield & superfund cleanup and redevelopment team, Amy focuses her practice on matters involving site investigation and remediation, brownfields redevelopment, environmental regulatory and enforcement matters, and all phases of litigation. She has extensive experience overseeing the cleanup of contaminated properties from investigation through remediation to site closure and is fully versed in the regulatory and technical aspects of a complex site. 

Reichhart advises potentially responsible parties (PRPs), real estate developers, and landowners in developing strategies and managing the investigation and redevelopment of contaminated properties and addressing complex environmental compliance issues. She also has experience in challenging administrative determinations and defending enforcement actions before New York state agencies and assisting clients in performing environmental due diligence for real estate transactions and renewable energy projects.
