Keith R. Jacques is the Partner-in-Charge of Lippes Mathias' Albany office, where he also serves as the Public Sector Labor Practice Team Leader and Lobbying Practice Team Co-Leader. Mr. Jacques focuses his practice in the area of governmental relations/lobbying and represents public sector labor unions and other clients before the New York State Legislature, the Governor’s Office, and State administrative agencies.

Mr. Jacques is responsible for assisting the firm’s clientele with the development and execution of their legislative and political agendas. As a governmental relations attorney, he has been successful in advocating for the enactment of new State laws and regulations for the benefit of his clients.

In addition to providing governmental relations representation to his clients, Mr. Jacques has also advocated on behalf of the firm’s clientele with New York’s Retirement Systems and has represented public sector employees in all phases of the disciplinary process, including disciplinary arbitrations.

He is a 1998 cum laude graduate of Albany Law School and recipient of the school’s Selma Mintz Memorial Prize. While at Albany Law, Mr. Jacques served as an Associate Editor of the Albany Law Review and was a member of the Albany Law School National Trial Team.
