Hyperfocused on spreading Lippes Mathias’ values of collegiality, diversity, and collaboration, Danielle Dodman, the firm’s Director of Engagement, works closely with stakeholders within the firm’s internal and external communities to nurture the firm’s culture and values for the success of its clients, business partners, and colleagues. In her role, Ms. Dodman cultivates, elevates, and maintains a strong employee experience and firm commitment to corporate social responsibility, helping to increase employee recruitment and retention, improve employee commitment and teamwork, increase engagement of employees, and strengthen local partnerships. 
 
Ms. Dodman plays an important role in the recruitment and subsequent onboarding of new attorneys joining the firm via lateral moves and combinations, continued monitoring of attorney satisfaction in the first few months of employment, development of community service strategies and opportunities, and tracking and coordinating Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) courses and credits. 
 
Ms. Dodman first discovered her knack for relationship building working with patients, students, and families in her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She then went on to become the Director of Admissions at Nardin Academy for nine years where her engagement with prospective and current families, faculty, staff, and students was crucial. Ms. Dodman was responsible for recruitment and enrollment and served as a liaison for new families to various departments at the school. More recently as a private consultant, Ms. Dodman worked with school heads, marketing, and admissions professionals at independent schools across the country, helping to evaluate processes and increase enrollment.
