Connor Godfrey is an associate who focuses his practice on providing corporate and regulatory counsel to health care providers, including health systems, hospitals, medical groups, diagnostic laboratories, and individual practitioners. Mr. Godfrey regularly assists in the formation and organization of unique health care affiliations and collaborations, including advising on national telehealth networks, management services organizations, professional corporations, and the corporate practice of medicine.
Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Mr. Godfrey gained experience in Corporate and Transactional law, preparing legal documents, performing due diligence reviews, and conducting research.
