Aaron K. Appiah, Jr., a member of Lippes Mathias’ Trusts & Estates practice team, concentrates his practice on probate, trust, and guardianship litigation including: breach of fiduciary duty claims, undue influence, failure to provide accountings, improper distribution of assets, will and trust contests, removal of personal representatives, trustees, and guardians, and incapacity proceedings.
Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Aaron practiced civil litigation at another major law firm, and before that was an Assistant State Attorney for the State Attorney’s Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit. As an Assistant State Attorney, he served as First Chair Attorney or Equal Counsel on 15 jury trials that reached a verdict including 10 felony trials.
