BUFFALO,N.Y.– Zachary J. Dewey, Lippes Mathias attorney and member of the firm’s real estate practice team, has been appointed to serve on Lockport Memorial Hospital’s Capital Campaign Committee, which aims to raise new funds and steward existing resources which support, improve, and promote the care and service provided by Lockport Memorial Hospital.

As a member of Lippes Mathias’ real estate practice team, Zach focuses his practice on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real property, commercial leasing, and real estate investment and financing. In addition, he has experience with tax credit financings and development, drafting and reviewing various contracts and agreements, and assisting clients with entity formations and dissolutions.
