BUFFALO, NY – Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP today announced Paulette Riederer has joined the firm as human resources manager. In her new role, she is responsible for overall human resources management and administration functions across the firm’s five offices, including recruiting and training new employees, overseeing employee reviews, and assisting with human resources policies. In addition, Ms. Riederer is part of the firm’s executive operations team.

With more than 20 years of experience in office administration and human resource positions, Ms. Riederer joins Lippes Mathias from Kaleida Health. She received her M.B.A. with a focus on strategic management and human resources and a B.S. in liberal studies with a concentration in business administration both from Medaille College
