Martin L. Doster, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman's Senior Environmental Advisor to Participate on Brownfields Panel

BUFFALO, NY – Martin L. Doster, senior environmental advisor at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, will participate in a panel discussion on brownfield projects hosted by the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (Western New York Chapter) on Thursday, September 15, 2016, from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, at Hyatt Place (5020 Main Street, Amherst).

The panel discussion will touch on topics including New York State’s Brownfield Cleanup Program and how real estate professionals can take advantage of current environmental and tax policies to re-develop abandoned and under-utilized urban properties. 

In his role at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, Mr. Doster advises attorneys and consults on matters related to national environmental issues facing the firm’s real estate and development clients.  Mr. Doster came to the firm in 2015 following a 32-year career with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, where he spent the majority serving as the Regional Remediation Engineer for the Division of Environmental Remediation.
