BUFFALO, N.Y. – On Wednesday, April 14, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP attorney Margaret A. Hurley will present to the Western New York Paralegal Association on In Rem Tax Lien Foreclosures in Erie County. Margaret has extensive experience representing municipalities in In Rem and other tax lien foreclosures. Attorneys at Lippes Mathias have been handling Erie County’s In Rem tax lien foreclosures exclusively for more than ten years.

Margaret is a Senior Associate and member of Lippes Mathias’ Litigation practice tean She concentrates her practice primarily in commercial and municipal litigation, contract disputes, commercial mortgage foreclosures, tax lien foreclosures and tax certiorari defense matters.
