ALBANY, N.Y. – Lukas M. Horowitz, an associate in Lippes Mathias’ Albany office, presented on evidence as part of the New York State Academy of the Trial Lawyers’ 2021 annual update. The annual webinar included topics on municipal liability, premises liability, no-fault law, labor law, medical malpractice, damages, disclosure, evidence, product liability and ethics. 

Lukas Horowitz, an associate, and member of Lippes Mathias’ Public Sector Labor team, focuses his practice on representing public sector labor unions in matters involving members’ terms and conditions of employment, including disciplinary arbitrations, contract grievance arbitrations, improper employer practices before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, administrative hearings before the New York State Justice Center and related litigation matters in New York courts.
