ALBANY, NY – Beth E. Carey, a partner at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, has been appointed president of Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region board of directors.  Ms. Carey has served on the board since 2008.  

Founded in 1912, Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region is known for its pioneering efforts in social service and health and wellness delivery. Innovations include one of the longest continuously running after-school programs in Albany, supporting broad social involvement and community (re)development in inner city Albany, primary family support programs aimed at keeping families together, and total, wrap-around services under one roof.

At Lippes Mathias, Ms. Carey concentrates her practice in the areas of business law, employment law, real estate, estate planning and administration. She represents businesses and individuals in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate and regularly advises businesses on a variety of matters including formation, regulatory compliance, succession planning, and employment related issues.
