Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP Partner Appointed to WNY Women's Foundation Board of Directors

BUFFALO, NY –Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP announced today that Andrea H. HusVar, a partner at the firm, has been appointed to the WNY Women’s Foundation board of directors. Ms. HusVar will serve as chair of the Board’s “Pathways to Impact” committee, as well as a member of the advancement committee.
Ms. HusVar is a member of the firm’s corporate practice group, focusing her practice on startups, and venture capital and private equity transactions. She is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. Ms. HusVar is also the head of the firm’s Women’s Group.
“I am humbled and excited to be involved with a board that offers girls and women in our community the valuable tools and resources they need to be successful in both their careers and personal lives,” said HusVar. “In both my practice and community involvement, it has always been important for me to empower women to achieve their highest potential.”
