BUFFALO, NY– On Thursday, November 19, Amy Habib Rittling, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP Partner and Employment Team Leader, will speak as part of the Business Council of New York State’s Labor/HR Webinar Series. The webinar, titled “Implementing New York State’s Paid Sick Leave Law,” will review the guidance provided by the New York State Department of Labor and discuss best strategies and practices on implementing the new employer mandate, including how new guidance will work with existing leave laws.
