Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP names Gerald P. Wohlleber Chief Operating Officer

BUFFALO, NY- The Buffalo-based law firm of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP is pleased to announce that Gerald P. Wohlleber has joined the firm as its Chief Operating Officer.  

As the firm’s new COO, Mr. Wohlleber is tasked with directing the operations of LMWF as well as assisting in setting and executing strategic initiatives and goals of the firm.

He comes to the firm from Exigence of TeamHealth where he served as Vice President of Finance for more than five years. While at the Exigence Group, Mr. Wohlleber worked closing with the CEO and CFO to assist in maximizing returns on financials assets and participated in strategic discussions for new business ventures. 

Prior to joining the Exigence Group of Companies, he spent more than 10 years in public accounting working with closely held businesses, S-Corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. In addition, he prepared and reviewed corporate and personal tax returns for high net worth individuals and business owners.

Mr. Wohlleber is a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
