BUFFALO, NY – Courtney J. Donahue, an attorney with Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, is participating in the National Business Institute’s Probate Boot Camp on April 25, 2017, at the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown. She will discuss probate litigation including the ability of the estate to sue or be sued, causes of action, procedural rules and evidentiary provisions, lost and contested wills, deed contests, and fiduciary misconduct, liability and disputes with beneficiaries.
