Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP Announces Christina M. Piracci and David J. Yovanoff Have Joined the Firm as Associates

BUFFALO, NY – Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP is pleased to announce that attorneys Christina M. Piracci and David J. Yovanoff have joined the firm as associates. Both Christina and David will work out of the firm’s Buffalo, N.Y. office.

Christina M. Piracci will work with Lippes Mathias’ Litigation Team, focusing her practice on representing businesses throughout the country in claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), among other consumer protection statutes. Christina also has experience in arbitration, insurance defense, and general commercial litigation matters. She is a 2009 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law and was a 2016 recipient of Dutchess County’s 40 Under 40.

David J. Yovanoff will join Lippes Mathias’ Corporations and Securities team to assist clients with mergers and acquisitions, business formation and structuring, contract review, franchise matters, and other general corporate matters. David is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law and was named to Buffalo Business First’s 30 Under 30 in 2020.
