Lippes Mathias LLP is pleased to welcome Alexander R. Thoma as an associate in the firm's Albany office. 

Thoma represents labor unions and individuals in employment arbitration proceedings, mediation, and before administrative agencies, as well as in New York state and federal courts. His practice focuses on labor law matters involving members' terms and conditions of employment, including disciplinary arbitrations and contract grievance arbitrations. 

Thoma earned his J.D. from Albany Law School in 2019 and his B.A. from the University at Albany in 2015.
