BUFFALO, NEW YORK – Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce that it has been presented with a bronze award after being ranked third out of 12 different finalists in the large company category of Buffalo Business First’s 2022 Best Places to Work in Western New York.

Each of this year’s best places to work were selected based on the results of an employee engagement survey that measured six key engagement categories focusing on communication, employee needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamic, and trust in leadership. To gather statistically sound results, companies had to reach a minimum level of employee participation, based on total number of employees. Companies were ranked according to their overall score, which was calculated by compiling raw data from the questions on a one-six scale (strongly disagree to strongly agree) to find an average score that was then indexed to a 100-point scale.
