Caroline R. Vilardo, Lippes Mathias attorney and member of the firm’s corporate and securities practice teams, has been appointed as a member of the University at Buffalo School of Law’s Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Group Board of Directors.

Caroline focuses her practice in the areas of business formation and structuring, contract review, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and other general business planning. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, she participated in the firm’s summer associate program in 2019. Ms. Vilardo received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science, Finance from the University at Buffalo. Upon completing her undergraduate degree, she received the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key, presented to the full-time undergraduate student who compiled the highest management grade point average of all eligible graduating students.
