BUFFALO, NY – Blaine S. Schwartz, a partner at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, is participating in an upcoming New York State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education program on Commercial Real Estate Leases on April 27 in Buffalo.

Mr. Schwartz will speak on the differences between a lease for an anchor tenant versus one for a retail tenant, including protected areas, co-tenancy and exclusive provisions, remedies for landlord’s default and leasehold mortgages.
