BUFFALO, NY – Blaine S. Schwartz, a partner at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, has been re-elected chairman of the board of Jewish Family Service of Buffalo & Erie County for a two-year term.

Jewish Family Service of Buffalo & Erie County is a nonsectarian, not for profit, community-based health and social service provider that has served the community since 1862. The agency offers a broad range of counseling and social services support to Western New York individuals, families and children of all beliefs and backgrounds to help them succeed in transition and overcome the challenges of everyday life.

At Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman, Mr. Schwartz practices in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. He brings a wealth of experience to the firm’s commercial real estate clients and regularly negotiates complex real estate agreements and sophisticated loan documents in addition to efficiently and creatively structuring, negotiating and documenting all types of commercial real estate transactions. 

Mr. Schwartz also serves as vice president of the Jewish Federation of Greater Buffalo.
