Alexis B. Telga

Ms. Telga concentrates her practice on banking and financial transactions, representing financial organizations in complex structured finance transactions.

Additionally, Ms. Telga is a member of the firm’s Cannabis Practice Team where she assists clients with navigating New York’s Adult-Use Cannabis market. She works with clients in various capacities, including assistance with Adult-Use applications, state licensure maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Telga participated in the firm’s Summer Associate Program. She is a 2023 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law. While in law school, she worked as a student attorney in the Syracuse University Transactional Law Clinic and as a teaching assistant for first year law students in legal writing. She also served as the Law Student Representative to the Board of Trustees and as the Administrative Editor of the Journal of International Law and Commerce.
