Brian J. Bocketti

Brian is an experienced lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of senior finance, private equity, business law counseling and transactional matters. Brian feeds his entrepreneurial spirit by counseling start-up and emerging companies through their early-stage corporate development. He takes great pride in representing companies from “cradle to graduation” (formation to sale). Brian has been with the firm since he was a young associate. Today, as a Partner and co-practice group leader for the firm's Financial Transactions group, he has extensive experience representing senior lenders, equity sponsors, and borrowers in senior debt and mezzanine financing arrangements. His representation in these areas has included transactions of up to a half billion dollars. Brian is also well-versed in negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, as well as other agreements common to corporate and financial transactions. Brian is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He lives in Kenmore, where he appropiately ranks fifth behind his  wife, two daughters, and newborn son.
