Mr. Randaccio has been a practicing attorney for more than forty-two years, with experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, condominium and HOA law, commercial leasing, land acquisition and development, banking and financial transactions, corporate law, and tax law. He represents many of the area's commercial and residential real estate developers, and also serves as examining counsel for various title insurance companies.

His entrepreneurial drive is complemented by a passion for community involvement and improvement. Brad's active participation in the Western New York community has included Leadership Buffalo Charter Class of 1988, Buffalo Renaissance Foundation Board of Directors, Nichols School Board of Trustees, Chair of the Erie County/Stadium Commission, Hospice Buffalo Board of Directors, Sectional Committee of the NYS Golf Association and past president and founder of the ProZoo Board of the Zoological Society of Buffalo. He is also a Past President of both the Country Club of Buffalo and The Buffalo Club.
