BUFFALO, NY – Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP Senior Associate Stacey L. Moar participated in The Knowledge Group’s webinar, “Restrictive Covenants and Non-Compete Agreements” on April 24.
The webinar focused on the legal and practical limits on companies putting restraints on certain former employees to prevent disclosure and use of proprietary information in addition to discussing current legal developments concerning non-compete agreements and their enforceability.
