Scott A. McCollister, Lippes Mathias partner and member of the firm’s intellectual property practice team, traveled to Mexico City to present at the 22nd Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) Congress. McCollister’s presentation “Protection of Innovations in the Dynamic Sporting Goods Industry,” provided participants with an in-depth understanding of the legal and business strategies needed to protect and monetize innovations in the sports and sporting goods industries. McCollister’s co-panelists included Jason Yao (Wanhuida Intellectual Property), Christopher Gegg (Alston & Bird LLP) and Desirée Russo (Puma SE).
