Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce the addition of Danielle F. Dodman as the firm’s director of engagement. In her newly created position as a member of the marketing team, Dodman will play a key role in the recruitment and subsequent onboarding of new attorneys joining the firm via lateral moves and combinations and the continued monitoring of attorney satisfaction in the first few months of employment. She will work closely with stakeholders within the firm’s internal and external communities, nurturing its culture and values for the success of its clients, business partners, and colleagues. Dodman will also regularly assist with the implementation of the firm’s corporate social responsibility program, and the coordination of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) courses and credits.

Dodman earned bother her bachelor's and master's degrees from Loyola University Maryland. She began her career as a speech-language before transitioning to the role of director of admissions at Nardin Academy, where she served for nine years. Most previously before joining Lippes Mathias, Dodman worked as a private consultant, advising school heads, marketing, and admissions professionals at independent schools across the country, helping to evaluate processes and increase enrollment.
