Lippes Mathias Partner Jennifer C. Persico appointed to the board of commissioners of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority

BUFFALO, NY – Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP Partner Jennifer C. Persico has been confirmed by the New York Senate to an appointment on the board of commissioners of the Niagara Frontier Tranportation Authority (NFTA). The appointment came shortly after she was personally nominated for the position by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo.

Following her confirmation by the State Senate on Thursday, July 23, Jennifer and two other apointees are now official members of NFTA, which is upstate New York's largest transit agency. Jennifer will serve on the board for the duration of her three-year appointment.

At Lippes Mathias, Jennifer serves as Team Leader of the firm’s Litigation Team. She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, including contract claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Jennifer also handles premises liability claims, corporate law, municipal law, foreclosures and real estate.
