BUFFALO, NEW YORK – Lippes Mathias today announced that it has ascended 47 spots up the National Law Journal’s 2023 NLJ 500 list of the largest U.S. law firms, jumping from the #298 spot to the #251 spot in a year’s time. The ranking reflects a year of substantial growth for the firm, which in the first six months of 2023, has executed two large combinations with the boutique law firms of Fay Sharpe LLP and Andreozzi Bluestein LLP, which concentrate on intellectual property and tax controversy, respectively. In addition to the opening of five new offices in Cleveland, Ohio; Clarence, Long Island, and Saratoga Springs, N.Y.; and Oklahoma City, O.K.; Lippes Mathias has also recently finalized expansions to its office locations in Jacksonville, Fla, adding 5,000-plus square feet and in Buffalo, N.Y., where the firm added the full 15th floor of 50 Fountain Plaza in early May to accommodate growth.
