Atter, a partner and member of its intellectual property and sports, entertainment & hospitality teams in its Jacksonville office, has been selected as a 2024 Jacksonville Women of Influence honoree. Atter was one of 20 women selected from an outstanding pool of nominees based on their professional success, community involvement and impact on the region.

Helen S. Atter brings extensive experience in private and corporate counsel to Lippes Mathias, having served in various executive positions with the PGA Tour, including Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Compliance. She then served as General Counsel, Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at World Golf Foundation. During her tenure, Atter handled a broad range of complex and specialized issues inherent in the sports industry, including corporate, employment, real estate, intellectual property, licensing, and contract matters. In addition to her experience in the sports sector, Atter focuses on corporate and business law, assisting individuals and companies in business formation, corporate transactions, branding, and intellectual property issues.
