
Mr. Miranda’s practice primarily focuses on all aspects of employment litigation and counseling for employers and executives.
Mr. Miranda regularly represents employers before state and federal administrative agencies and in state and federal courts and advises employers regarding discipline, termination, disability and leave laws, and wage and hour compliance. He performs sexual harassment and other misconduct investigations and drafts, negotiates, and litigates employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements.

Mr. Miranda’s practice also encompasses general business and commercial litigation. He has helped public and private companies litigate and settle various business tort and contract-based claims. In these and other matters, Mr. Miranda has been involved in all aspects of discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.
Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Mr. Miranda was an Appellate Court Attorney with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department.
