Bio
Mr. Faulk serves as Counsel with Lippes Mathias. He represents individuals and institutions whose businesses emphasize real estate, technology, fintech, open-source software, and life sciences with matters involving corporate formation and structuring, business strategy, raising capital, mergers and acquisition, and intellectual property.

Before joining Lippes Mathias, Mr. Faulk served as a corporate attorney at a California-based law firm. In addition to his experience as an attorney, he has served in the U.S. Air Force as an active-duty officer specializing in cyber operations and information technology. Last, Mr. Faulk has a wealth of business experience spanning multiple sectors, including manufacturing and logistics, commercial real estate, and business/technology consulting. 

Mr. Faulk is the co-founder of Leaders Inspiring Fruitful Tomorrows (LIFT) Corp., a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to provide scholarships, mentoring, and educational opportunities to students in underserved communities interested in pursuing careers in medicine, law, and business.
