Mr. Clouden focuses his practice on federal, state, and trusts and estates tax matters. He assists clients with planning and creating trusts and other appropriate vehicles to facilitate clients’ needs, assists clients with general estate planning, the creation and liquidation of trusts, the day-to-day administration of current trusts, and creating tax advantageous solutions of funding trusts.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Clouden was a Tax Associate at a firm in Boston, MA.
