Bio

Ms. O’Neil concentrates her practice in state and federal civil litigation, and frequently appears on behalf of clients before various administrative tribunals.  Ms. O’Neil has experience assisting individuals and institutions with navigating investigations and contested matters both before and after litigation is initiated.  In addition, Ms. O’Neil frequently assists clients with appellate matters.  Her experience at all stages of litigation enables her to quickly and effectively respond to all manner of client concerns.
