
Bio
Mr. Lê represents clients in a variety of transactions and general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Mr. Lê advised a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit entities on matters regarding compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Mr. Lê received his bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University where he majored in Economics and Philosophy. Prior to law school, Mr. Lê worked for a global investment bank in the bank’s equities operations. While in law school at the University at Buffalo School of Law, Brandon was a judicial intern for Honorable Julio Fuentes at the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. As a law student, Mr. Lê also provided legal guidance and drafting services for student-led start-up businesses at the University at Buffalo School of Law’s Entrepreneurship Law Center.
