Mr. Ray focuses his practice on construction and lien law litigation in state and federal court; surety bond claims; construction defect claims; personal injury, including car crashes, product failures, premises liability/shooting involving injury or death, commercial trucking crashes, traffic hearings, and mediation disputes.   His labor relations and management law experience includes defense of wage and hour violation claims, OSHA citations, EEOC discrimination and civil rights claims, wrongful termination, retaliatory termination for filing workers’ compensation claims, ERISA claims, and violations of employment agreements.
