Stacey L. Moar is a senior associate attorney in the Litigation practice group at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP in Buffalo.

Ms. Moar has extensive experience assisting clients with internal investigations, regulatory compliance and voluntary self-compliance matters.  She has worked with various New York State and federal agencies and private organizations, including the Federal and New York State Department of Labor, Health and Human Services, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, New York State Office of Medicaid Inspector General and the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission to conduct compliance audits and provide requested training.  

She has also handled numerous commercial matters involving restrictive covenants and contractual disputes, as well as employment disputes.  As part of Ms. Moar's practice, she also handles insurance coverage analysis, insurance coverage disputes and litigation arising from denials of coverage.

Ms. Moar serves as an adjunct professor in Canisius College’s Department of Political Science, where she teaches a course on the U.S. Constitution. She has also leant her teaching ability to Sterling Educational Services Inc., where she has lead continuing legal education seminars on the termination of employees in the current economy.
