Mark C. Davis
Mr. Davis focuses his practice on commercial litigation and has extensive experience in both state and federal courts. He also represents businesses and municipalities on matters involving zoning or land use issues, Article 78 proceedings, claims of personal injuries, discrimination and civil rights violations. As part of Mr. Davis' practice, he also handles insurance coverage analysis, insurance coverage disputes and litigation arising from denials of coverage.
He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association.
