Hank Holbrook focuses his practice on representing defendants and plaintiffs in complex civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, construction litigation, probate and trust litigation, breach of contracts, real property disputes, and all other types of litigation, in federal and state courts. He also represents a wide variety of businesses in corporate law, drafting contracts and handling various legal issues, including real estate closings.
 
Mr. Holbrook represents clients in all aspects of marital and family law, including, but not limited to, divorce, custody, guardianships, paternity, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, and any other matters relating to marital and family law.
