Brian J. Bocketti

Mr. Bocketti has more than 25 years of M&A, transactional and general corporate experience. As a trusted outside advisor, Mr. Bocketti routinely works with public, private, closely-held companies, and private equity firms in matters ranging from day-to-day corporate counseling to large strategic transactions that scale these enterprises. Mr. Bocketti leads deal teams in acquisitions and divestitures that have ranged from $50M to $750M and has worked with clients to structure businesses for growth through project finance transactions, contract manufacturing, and joint ventures.  

 

Mr. Bocketti also serves as Co-Leader of the firm’s Banking and Financial Transactions Practice Team. He is a veteran of representing senior leaders, mezzanine lenders, equity sponsors, and
borrowers in senior debt and mezzanine financing arrangements. His representation in these areas has included transactions of up to five hundred million dollars, many of which require complex subordination and tiered-collateral negotiations.

Acquisitions, and serves as a member of Lippes Mathias' Executive Committee.
