Eight Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman attorneys honored by Super Lawyers

BUFFALO, NY- The Buffalo-based law firm of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP is pleased to announce that eight attorneys from the firm have been selected for inclusion in the 2014 Upstate New York Super Lawyers® listing.

This comprehensive peer-review process includes no more than five percent of all attorneys in New York State, making it an exclusive list to earn inclusion on. Each attorney on the list earned nominations from his or her peers and was then subjected to a 12-point review to evaluate peer recognition and professional achievement.

In addition to the Super Lawyers main listing, young professionals are eligible for inclusion within the subcategory of Rising Stars. Each attorney in this group is subject to the same qualifications as a traditional Super Lawyer, but with the additional rule that a Rising Star must be 40 years old or younger, or have been practicing law for less than 10 years.

Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman had eight attorneys named to this year’s lists, five as Super Lawyers and three as Rising Stars. They are:

"We are thrilled to have so many of our attorneys formally recognized as part of this prestigious listing,” said Managing Partner Scott Friedman, "although the constraints of the process precluded many of our other colleagues from also being recognized. We have worked hard over the years to attract smart, hardworking, dedicated lawyers who focus their efforts every day on how to best serve our clients. This kind of peer-driven recognition speaks to those efforts.”To learn more about the Super Lawyers selection process, visit, www.superlawyers.com.
