The Buffalo Office of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP seeks an ambitious attorney with two to five years of corporate/transactional experience.  Lippes Mathias' Corporate & Securities Practice provides a wide range of services to clients who include public companies, private equity funds and investors and both large and small privately-held entities.

Our work with clients broadly consists of advising and documenting merger and acquisition transactions, including divestitures; private equity and venture capital investments; commercial financings; investment funds; public securities offerings; joint venture relationships; and general corporate matters. Industries in which our clients participate include heavy manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, software licensing, healthcare services, franchising and food services, among others.

Strong skills in communication, legal advocacy, and writing are required.   Excellent academic credentials, as well as prior transactional experience preferred. The attorney selected for this position must be a self-starter and will have the opportunity for direct client contact.
