Real Estate Attorney, Buffalo or Rochester, NY

Lippes Mathias LLP is seeking a well-credentialed Real Estate Attorney with 5-7 years of broad commercial real estate experience to join our Buffalo or Rochester office. Our real estate practice team represents clients located throughout the United States and in Canada and has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate law, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, financing, construction, litigation, tax deferred exchanges and title matters. We have the expertise to provide our clients with comprehensive advice throughout all phases of a project, from conception to completion. Our attorneys have been responsible for major multi-million and billion-dollar real estate transactions, including the financing, sale, leasing and acquisition of shopping centers, office complexes, industrial buildings, warehouses, apartments, student housing, condominiums, mobile home parks, and hotels. 

Strong communication skills are required. Experience with drafting and negotiating real property documents, including commercial leases, and the review and resolution of title and survey issues is preferred, but not required. Excellent academic credentials and analytical skills are also required. The attorney selected for this position must be a self-starter and will have the opportunity for immediate, direct, client contact.
