Lippes Mathias seeks an ambitious attorney with eight to 20 years of experience for a Sr. Associate or Jr. Partner position with our Real Estate/Banking Practice Team. Our real estate practice team represents clients located throughout the United States and in Canada and has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate law, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, financing, construction, litigation, tax deferred exchanges and title matters. We have the expertise to provide our clients with comprehensive advice throughout all phases of a project, from conception to completion. Our attorneys have been responsible for major multi-million and billion-dollar real estate transactions, including the financing, sale, leasing, and acquisition of shopping centers, office complexes, industrial buildings, warehouses, apartments, student housing, condominiums, mobile home parks, and hotels. We have also successfully represented clients in public finance transactions including tax-exempt bond deals. 
 
Strong skills in communication, confidence, legal advocacy skills, and enjoy working in a team environment are required. Experience with commercial real estate and drafting and negotiating documents, including commercial leases, is required. Strong academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills are also required. The attorney selected for this position must be a self-starter and will have the opportunity for direct client contact. 
 
A Florida bar license is required.
