Gregory T. Ivancic
Greg’s business acumen and entrepreneurial streak were formed in his early days as an accountant with the Buffalo office of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. After becoming a CPA, Greg decided to pursue a career in corporate law. Today he focuses his practice in the business and financial transactions field, with particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships arrangements. While he serves a broad spectrum of clients, Greg has a particular passion for sports franchises. He has worked on several transactions at the major and minor league levels, including lease negotiations, financing arrangements, acquisitions and divestitures. Never one to ‘forget where he came from,' Greg still maintains an interest in the accounting field by teaching accounting classes as an Adjunct Professor at a local college. He “loves to golf," has twin sons, and makes his home in Kenmore, NY.
