Mr. Porter practices in the firm's business and financial transactions group and concentrates in tax law, mergers and acquisitions, and general business financial planning. He advises businesses on such issues as business formation, reorganization, financing, dissolutions, shareholder grievances and tax. He has served as lead counsel to numerous businesses in the purchase and sale of business entities, structuring and negotiating terms of the agreements.
