Ms. Porcellio is a past chair of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association. She concentrates her practice on the prosecution and defense of complex business disputes, representing businesses, professionals, public entities and officials and not-for-profits in state and federal court suits and administrative proceedings involving business disputes, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment practices, civil rights matters and intellectual property issues. In addition, she counsels clients in connection with their business mergers and acquisitions, employment issues, risk management and record rentention, including electronic records.
