On August 22, 2006, Michael E. Storck presented information on Minority Rights Fiduciary Obligations and Professional Ethics in the context of LLC's at the Advanced LLC Issues Seminar held at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. Other topics that were discussed at the seminar covered Current Updates, Emerging Trends, and Advanced Tax Issues for LLC's. In addition to general matters such as business organization, ownership and control, Mr. Storck's practice focuses on securities offerings, registrations, continuous disclosure and Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and intellectual property protection, enforcement and related issues.
On May 8th, 2006, Mary Engler Roche took part in a 2 day pre-retirement planning seminar in Buffalo for Buffalo Customs and Border Protection that was being presented by LifeSpan Services, Inc of Decatur, Georgia. The seminar was held at 4455 Genesee Street next to the Buffalo Airport. Ms. Roche's topic was estate planning.

Giardino was appointed to the Buffalo Fiscal Stability Authority - The State Legislature has appointed Attorney Giardino to the Buffalo Control Board assigned to help the City of Buffalo regain fiscal stability. John looks forward to sitting on the nine-member board where he will try to foster "open dialogue" between the Control Board, unions and other parties.
