After practicing at the firm from 1987 to 1992, Mr. Mitchell served as in-house counsel for a major children's and infant products manufacturer and a digital rights management technology company. As president of a regional real estate services company, Mr. Mitchell gained first-hand knowledge of the business challenges facing entrepreneurs. Mr. Mitchell's areas of expertise include business organization, start-up and financing, technology development and licensing, product distribution and purchases and sales of businesses and product lines both domestically and internationally.
