Lisa Stidham is a member of the Business and Financial Transactions Group.

Her business practice ranges from the representation of start-up and emerging growth companies through publicly held corporations. This includes business formation and organization, choice of entity, asset and stock sales as well as mergers and acquisitions to general business matters.

Lisa also practices in the areas of venture capital and private equity investments. Her experience in financial transactions includes representing lenders and borrowers, including banking institutions.

Her health care practice includes the representation of individual physicians, professional practice groups and medical service organizations. This includes general business matters, financing and federal and state regulatory compliance, most notably fraud and abuse laws such as anti-kickback, Stark, false claims and fee-splitting, as well as HIPAA compliance.
